FUNCTION
The Grill door is in communication with the flue. When the Grill door is opened the flue is opened and the smoke is drawn into the duct.
FILTRATION
JetKev is a 3 stage filtration system using wool and carbon filters to capture the
smoke. Wool is a Grease magnet that is noncombustible and biodegradable.
